Hi guys, our Tuscany workout series is here.  The first workout in this series is the 3 minutes Cardio Challenge in Florence, Italy. This workout was done  at Piazza Michelangelo, a hill on the south bank of the Arno River, just east of the center of Florence.  Piazza Michelangelo has, undoubtedly, the best panoramic view of Florence. Our workout consists of 3 exercises, each done for minute. All you need is a magnificent view and a positive attitude to do this workout.
