Squatting For Success

Hi guys, here is the report card for our one week squats challenge. We started at 50 squats and increased it by 10 each day- we ended at 120 squats. It was not easy but I pulled through. I did some days at home and other days at the gym. Over all it was a nice experience and I got the result I wanted- a lean but toned leg and glutes with visible and well defined quads, hamstrings and calf muscles. Check the photos below.
