February Fitness Challenge – PLANK

FEBRUARY PLANK CHALLENGE for a toned mid-section

January squat challenge was a success. For all those that followed through the challenge, please share your stories and photos of that firm bum.

For February challenge, we are going to plank our way to a toned mid-section [read abs]. Who does not want a firm and toned abs??

Again all you need is to show up; No extra or fancy equipment is needed for this challenge.
