Total-Body Sculpting- The Best Workout with Resistance Band

If you are sick and tired of doing the same old exercises, it’s probably time to rethink your approach. You do not need a pile of weights to get in shape;  sometimes you need to mix it up-  Get an exercise band. Resistance bands come in varying size, shape, and thickness. They are portable, easy to use and extremely effective for developing muscle strength and endurance to enhance fat burn.

 

I decided to bring you a quick fun workout  using a resistance band. It consists of 3 exercises to tone your body, burn fat and lean you out.

Workout Breakdown

  • Lunge with bent elbow arm raise
  • Split squat with arm raise
  • Triceps kick back in plank [review]

    Every person is different so times will vary, but you should be in good general health and at a stable weight (for about 6 months) in order for the chosen procedures to be safe and effective.
