You do not need a pile of weights to get in shape; sometimes you need to mix it up- Get an exercise band. Resistance bands come in varying size, shape, and thickness. They are portable, easy to use and extremely effective for developing muscle strength and endurance to enhance fat burn.
I decided to bring you a quick fun workout using a resistance band. It consists of 3 exercises to tone your body, burn fat and lean you out.
