Quick Total Body Shred

Next month I will celebrate a milestone- Yes, I will be 30 years young…Yayyyy. Turning 30 is, in fact, about celebrating how far I have come and setting a path to the future. Leading to this, is a series called 30 days to thirty.  The aim is to show how to keep your youth through short  but effective workouts. Most ladies in their late 20s or 30s are short on time- either  as young professional women with or without children, or as stay at home mothers. Either way, this series is geared towards you.

The first workout is the Total Body Shred.   It consists of just three body-shredding exercises. It targets our lower and upper body including the mid section.

     Workout Breakdown

  • Deep Squats
  • Twist Mountain Climbers
  • Pushup series for chest and shoulder
